Lisa Conley is a Career and Leadership Development Facilitator. Most recently, she was the Associate Director of Graduate Mentoring in the Career Advancement Center at the J. Mack Robinson College of Business (RCB). Prior to joining RCB, Lisa was the Organizational Development Manager for the University System of Georgia (USG), where she managed all program logistics for the Executive Leadership Institute, and facilitated leadership development programming for USG staff. Prior to serving at the USG, Lisa spent 13 years in administration at Georgia Tech managing programs in several areas including Executive Education, Professional Education, and Alumni Relations. Lisa completed her Doctor of Education degree in the Workforce Education program at the University of Georgia in December, 2020.
